Definitions:
1.) "KeyToTheKingdom", "KTTK", "us", "we" and "our" refer to the websites, www.keytothekingdom.co.uk, www.kttk-blog.co.uk and their respective operators and contributors.
2.) "User", "your", "visitor", "visitors" and "users" refer to any visitor to the websites; www.keytothekingdom.co.uk or www.kttk-blog.co.uk and any part or page thereof.
3.) "Cookie" and "cookies" are small files given to a web browser by any web server. The browser stores the "cookie" file in a temporary folder on the user's hard drive. The file is then sent back to the server each time that user's browser requests a page from the server. Personal cookies may be used to identify users and possibly prepare customized web pages for them or record personal information without the user's knowledge in the hopes to later target advertisements to individuals' tastes. Session cookies are used only to record a space in time. They help add functionality and multimedia features to many websites.
4.) Reverse DNS refers to the reverse Domain Name Server number which each pc presents across the internet when it is online. Every reverse DNS suffix is completely unique to that computer. This number may be used by law enforcement agencies to personally identify individuals online.
Submitting Content:
KeyToTheKingdom and KTTK-Blog were established and are run in the spirit of true Christianity. As such, we operate a very strict censoring policy on any and all content which may be considered for addition to these pages. In addition to complying fully with this agreement, all content for submission must also comply with our Statement of Faith.
We will not accept any material which contains the following types of content: profanity, swearing, cursing, blasphemy, racism, sexism, any form of pornographic material whatsoever, excessive, unnecessary or graphic depictions of violence, previously copyrighted material (unless the author has specific permissions granting the use of such material) and any form of disrespect or violation of the basic human rights of other visitors to these sites.
We reserve the right to record an individual's IP address at any time without their prior knowledge or consent. Violation of this agreement in any way will result in the following actions with immediate effect:
- Immediate ban on any individual's IP address. The result of which will be that these web pages will no longer be accessible to the user and will not load at all.
- Immediate & permanent termination of any user account held by either KTTK-Blog or KeyToTheKingdom.
- If we feel particularly strongly about any case of violation to these terms of use, we will release all information we may hold concerning those individuals to any and all relevant law enforcement agencies, which may include, but is not limited to; the Internet Standards Commission and Interpol.
- Should we feel strongly enough, an official report will be filed in our professional capacity with any and all relevant law enforcement agencies.
- Any previously submitted content or correspondence concerning such an individual will also be handed over to relevant authorities.
(The above action will also be taken should we feel that any user is involved, representing or displaying paedophiliac, pornographic or racist tendencies and if we suspect or discover that we inadvertently hold information concerning a fugitive of justice.)
Correspondence:
In addition to complying fully with the above section (Submitting Content), all correspondence for KeyToTheKingdom and KTTK-Blog must please be submitted in English as far as possible. We will attempt to translate foreign messages, but may not always be successful and will greatly delay any response.
Technical Assurances:
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that this site is virus, spyware, adware and malware free, we as the operators of this site have no control as to who may view these pages. We can therefore not accept any responsibility concerning damage to equipment or loss of data which may occur as a result of a user visiting or viewing this site, whether intentional or not.
This site was constructed by the KeyToTheKingdom design team from the ground up. There are no intentionally malicious code strings or dangerous applets present on any of these pages. We make no attempt to harvest or retrieve personal information of any kind from visitors to this site, whether regular visitors or not.
Conclusion:
It is a sad fact that in this day and age, such statements as the one above are sorely required to legally protect oneself. It is our hope that users will find this website to be a helpful resource and a blessing to both themselves and to others.
